Leadership

Rasika Mishra - President of Dexter Technologies

Prior to founding Dexter Technologies, she served as an employment consultant for Lucent Technologies which became Alcatel-Lucent and merged with Nokia. There she led some key initiatives with company's Wireless, Data Networking, Microelectronics and Global Service Providers business units. Thereafter, she joined T-Williams Consulting as a strategic management consultant where she managed change initiatives with key clients such as Merck, AlphaNet and Flarion Technologies.

Ms. Mishra has over 20 years experience in the industry. She has significant expertise in high technology, telecommunications, finance, pharmaceutical and professional services environments. Her focus and commitment towards customer satisfaction sets the tone of the organization and promotes long-term relationships with our clients.

Ms. Mishra has a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the Clarion University of PA.

Jack Murray - Former President & CEO, Information Products, Inc.

After a 22 year career with IBM Corporation, Jack founded Information Products, a regional systems integration provider, and served as President and CEO until 1998 when the company was acquired by a public company.  Jack had 40 years of experience in sales, marketing and general business management prior to his retirement in 2000. Jack currently resides in Naples, FL and Franklin Lakes, NJ and remains active in several non-profit organizations.

Frank O'Dowd - former Chief Information Officer, Dairyland Corporation

Frank has been a CIO at 3 different organizations providing change leadership and organizational expertise in a variety of industries. Currently the CIO at Chefs Warehouse/Dairyland one of the leading purveyors of quality food to white tablecloth restaurants across the Country. Frank has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology including CIO experience in Manufacturing and Publishing. Prior to stints at GAF Materials Corporation and Reed Elsevier Publishing, he had worked in the Chemical and International Divisions at Wyeth Pharmaceutical.

Vincent Morreale, Jr. - former Vice President, Juniper Networks

Vincent Morreale, Jr. is a 24 year veteran of the telecommunications industry who has held senior level executive positions at multiple corporations. Formerly the Vice President, Global Client Director of Sales at Juniper Networks, Mr. Morreale headed the company's sales and marketing activities for its largest global customers. Prior to that he has held several key positions with major corporations, such as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Telstra Incorporated in New York City. Telstra Incorporated is the U.S. - based, wholly owned subsidiary of Telstra Corporation, Australia's premier full service communications provider. Mr. Morreale was also Vice President of Global Business Development for Alvarion, Inc., where he focused on identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships for Alvarion's WiMAX Broadband Mobility Business Unit. Prior to Alvarion, Mr. Morreale spent 16 years at Nortel Networks, where he most recently held the position of Vice President, Major Accounts. In addition, Morreale held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales for Prism Communication

It has more than 500 staff members at 14 program sites serving more than 1,400 infants, children and adults with disabilities. Dexter Technologies is pleased to support CPNJ's commitment to enhancing the lives of people with special needs.

Heroes & Cool Kids and Dexter Technologies teamed up for charity

Dexter Technologies is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor. Money raised goes towards the training of high school students to be leaders in their community. The high school students, in turn, mentor students in the elementary grades focusing on making positive lifestyle choices. Topics addressed include sportsmanship, bullying, and drug, alcohol and tobacco use prevention. The program operates in 44 school districts throughout the state, reaching 9,000 students during the academic year.
